Marketing Lead

The Marketing Lead is responsible for finding ways to grow our platform and help with use case adoption. Additionally, leading all reputation management activities for our environment including online marketing, community management, reputation management and more. The director will set the standards and strategy for all online, offline, and mobile marketing and will lead all identity activities.

• Establish the vision for the team. Challenge the status quo and inspire people toward a unified outcome.
• Create clear goals for the team. Efficiently execute to ship product and deliver impact for our business and customers.
• Lead large, cross-functional groups of people to deliver on the team’s mission. Communicate concisely and influence outcomes.
• Define health informatics and AI new products and features by working closely with engineering, design, data and operations to launch them
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team including Engineering, Operations, Sales, and partner with other Product Managers

Your Experience

• Experience building onboarding systems and understanding user funnels to drive growth
• Strong in both the art and science of growth: knowing when to lean on numbers and experimentation, and when to dream big and find a new direction.
• Obsess about continuous product improvement based on customer feedback and data
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for detailed articulations of problems we face as a business and how to solve them
